This Privacy Policy explains how ANI Integrated Services Limited ("ANI", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the ANIONE mobile application ("the App"). ANIONE is an internal, employer-issued application — it is not available to the general public. Access is provisioned only for current ANI employees, deployed field staff, managers, and engaged consultants.
This policy covers the ANIONE mobile app on iOS and Android.
We collect information provided during HR onboarding, information you update yourself in the App, and information generated by your use of the App:
Information is used solely to operate the App's employee self-service functions: authenticating you, displaying your own attendance, leave, payroll, and insurance records, processing leave and invoice approvals, and generating your employee ID card. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your information.
Most information in the App originates from your employment relationship with ANI. This information is processed as necessary to administer that relationship — including attendance, payroll, leave, and statutory HR compliance — and is handled under ANI's internal HR policies.
The App records your location only at the moment you check in or check out for attendance, and only if you are a deployed employee. The App does not track your location continuously and does not collect location in the background.
The App requests camera and photo library access only when you choose to take or select a photo — for a profile picture, a scanned personal document, a scanned timesheet, or (for consultants) an invoice. These files are uploaded to ANI's servers and stored for the purposes described above.
You may log in by phone number and a one-time passcode delivered by SMS, or by email and password. Session tokens are stored securely on your device using your device's built-in secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
The App shares your device's platform (iOS or Android) with our servers at login, as part of maintaining your session.
The App does not currently send push notifications.
We use a third-party SMS gateway provider to deliver one-time login passcodes to your phone number, and a standard email delivery service to send account-related email. These providers process only the minimum information needed to deliver the relevant message and do not use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only: with authorized ANI personnel who need it to perform HR, payroll, or management functions; with the third-party service providers named above, solely to deliver their service; or where required by law.
Application data and uploaded files are stored on servers operated by or on behalf of ANI Integrated Services Limited in India.
We retain personal information for as long as your employment relationship with ANI continues, and afterward for any additional period required to meet statutory record-keeping obligations (including payroll, tax, and attendance records under applicable Indian law).
We apply administrative and technical safeguards including encrypted network transmission (HTTPS), hashed storage of passwords and one-time passcodes, and access controls that restrict each employee's data to that employee and authorized HR/management personnel.
Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct your personal information held in the App. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 22.
Your ANIONE account is created and managed by ANI as part of your employment and cannot be deleted directly within the App. To request deletion of your account or personal data, please contact us using the details in Section 22. Certain records may be retained after your employment ends where required by law, as described in Section 14.
The App is intended solely for ANI employees, deployed staff, managers, and consultants, and is not directed at children.
ANI's servers and primary operations are located in India. Where a third-party service provider processes information outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this policy.
The App does not use advertising identifiers, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
